Holistic Therapy

My specialty lies in guiding individuals to experience the depths of their human essence, navigate significant life transitions and embrace challenges on their life path through the language and lens of the soul. Using psychospiritual inquiry, somatic practice, plant medicine, ritual practice and nature immersions, I help people nurture deeper emotional connections with their inner selves so that they can be fully present for their partners, families, clients and communities.

With extensive training and experience in—Somatic Therapy, Soul Based Work, Relationship Coaching, Inner Child Integration, Hypnotherapy, Grief Ritual, Ancestral Healing, Yoga Therapy, QiGong, Compassionate Inquiry and Community Work—I employ a holistic therapeutic approach to my work with people. Booking a Session

Each healing journey is unique and I create my approach based on your specific needs. I provide flexible session options, available online via Zoom or in-person in the Sacred Valley. To get acquainted with me and my holistic approach, I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory consultation. This session is an opportunity for us to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, the methods I employ and answer any other questions you may have. This consultation also helps us determine if I’m the right therapist to support you on your healing journey, if not, I will provide other referrals or direction as needed.
